Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities 2009/2010
There are many ways to help support your local rugby club through sponsorship, marketing and advertising. We can help your business through our network of members. Our membership has 180 Senior playing members, 200 VPs, 400 Juniors and Minis which means around 800 parents. We regularly get more than 200 watching spectators on a Saturday afternoon and 100's of visiting players and parents to the Mini's and Junior's fixtures throughout the season.
SPORTSMATCH: For every new sponsor we will Sportsmatch and double the amount of sponsorship for our club. This applies only for Sponsorship commitments over £1,000.
GIFT AID: For every cash donation generously made by an individual to the club we will ask you to sign a Gift Aid which means we will collect tax back and therefore increase the revenue donated.
ADVERTISING:
Pitchside boards - Why not advertise your business on a pitch side board. These are available on a one or three year basis.
Website - Our new state of the art website has lots of regular hits, visiting match reports, and the facility to buy kit from the club shop amongst other features. Advertise your business on our website to access a wider audience.
CLUB SPONSORSHIP: Many of our current sponsors have benefited from their investment and any new or increased sponsorship commitment can be matched with SportsMatch. Club sponsors typically sponsor £1,000 and above, you can take advantage of a general sponsorship or a specialised project to suit your style and needs. We can tailor sponsorship packages to suit you as we understand each sponsor is different. For Example:
Did you know you can receive a 10% discount at the MELA INDIAN RESTAURANT in Aston Clinton. This has worked very well with increased numbers from the Club visiting. EATFISH in Berkhamsted sponsor the 1st XV Man of the Match Award with a £50 meal voucher. IMAGE RIGHT print our match day programmes and other marketing literature at cost price. TAPE SPECIALITIES sponsor the away travel. If you are interested in becoming one of our sponsors here are just some more options available:
- Mini tournament - Main sponsor - Over a thousand people descend on Tring Rugby Club for the Counties best tournament for Minis. A perfect opportunity to market your company.
- Kit Sponsorship - Opportunities to display company name and logo on the Tring Rugby kit.
- Matchday Sponsorship - Sponsor a first team match and pre-match lunch. Entertain clients and friends at the ever popular pre-match lunches.
- Club sponsorship - As a general sponsor we can tailor sponsorship to suit your needs.
- 2010/2011 New Kit Sponsor - Tring Rugby will order a new kit next season and envisage retaining this and the brand for 3 years and therefore seek a long term sponsor. Exclusivity will be considered but we do have other sponsorship partners to co host this launch.
