With less than a year to go until RWC 2015, Sunday 23rd November will see TringRugby host the first of its Bring a Friend For Free Days.
This is an opportunity for players to spread the word of rugby to their friends and to invite them to come along for a free, no commitment session and give rugby a try!
As an added incentive, we'll be joined at our first session by 2003 Rugby World Cup winner Ben Cohen who is visiting as part of the fundraising for our Minis tour.
There has never been a better or more exciting time to get involved in club rugby.
