Notice is hereby given of a General Meeting of Tring RUFC to be held on 12th February 2015 at 8pm in the clubhouse.
The single motion for discussion and vote by the members at the meeting will be as follows:
That the Club be wound up and its assets transferred to Tring Community Rugby Trust.
The Rules and Regulations, along with the Approved Constitution of TCRT, are attached.
