John and Mark have led the club through some radical changes since their appointment and have achieved a great deal. The management of these various processes has required a huge degree of personal commitment in terms of both time and energy. Having achieved the vast majority of their objectives they have jointly formed the view that it is time to pass the baton on to a new management team.

As Chairman of the Board of Trustees it falls to me to organise a succession plan. Accordingly, I will be meeting with the Management Board in the very near future to take their advice and I will then convene a meeting of the Trustees.

I will provide a further update to Club members as soon as I am able.
