Zara’s Outdoor Fitness Classes:
Social group fitness classes for beginners, intermediate and advance. Classes run with 6-8week program periods working all components of fitness. If you want to:
- Improve fitness levels.
- Improve Strength.
- Tone.
- Lose weight.
- Shape your body.
Classes at TringRugby (By the training area):
Monday’s - 9.30am
Tuesday’s - 6.30am
Wednesday’s - 6.30am / 9.30am
Thursday - 9.30am
Friday - 6.30am
Pay as you go sessions - £6 or Monthly DD payment - £40 (includes any 3 sessions each week) - no long term contract.
All class members will receive nutritional support
