We are very sorry to announce the sad passing of Frank Campbell.

Frank was a stalwart of TringRugby and probably one of the best players to ever grace the pitches at Cow Lane. The Mini and Junior section of the club would not be where it is today without his dedication and expertise.

Franks funeral will take place at Amersham Crematorium, next Tuesday, 12th January, at 12.30pm. This will be followed by a send off at TringRugby club from 2pm and we hope as many people as possible will be there. The family have requested that there be donations to the Alzheimers Society in lieu of flowers and there will be a collection box at the Crematorium.

Mark Firth paid tribute to Frank - "I am so sorry to hear this sad news. One of the highlights of my son Lewis' rugby at Tring as to win the Frank Campbell award at aged 17. It is an honour that the M and J section still bestow on a child that has come up through the ranks and has the Tring spirit on and off the pitch. Other previous winners of the award have been Will Mitchell and Alex Harrison and it continues to be highly coveted."
