Tring Rugby is a leading amateur club in end which is proud to put the community at it’s heart. With a thriving first team and many Mini’s and Junior’s learning the skills to take forward, we are proud to host so many people at Cow Lane.

To help support our growth – on and off the pitch – we have a number of roles that are seeking committed, dedicated people to assist our drive forward. These are voluntary positions, but you will be joining a group of eager supporters of the club who similarly are volunteers. The following roles are vacant and waiting for your application!

Treasurer
The role would suit an experienced accountant who is capable of controlling all the finances for the Club and liaising with the management committee/ all senior personnel across the Club on relevant issues. This role will take a few hours a week and will be responsible for understanding the financial position of the Club at all times.

Branding Delivery Coordinator
This role would suit an individual experienced in working within marketing or branding who understands the needs and expectations of sponsors and will fulfil the Club’s responsibilities with them. This role should take a couple of hours a week and will work closely with the Sponsorship Committee and Ticketing Coordinator in the Club.

Head of Procurement
Are you an individual experienced in working within the Procurement sector who can help to ensure reliable suppliers are in place across the Rugby Club whilst ensuring these are at optimum cost levels? This role should take a couple of hours a week and will need to liaise with numerous people across the Club to understand all the supplier channels.

News Hounds
To provide lots a interesting content for our media channels we need people across all areas of the club with an eye for a good story.

Head of Retail
The job would suit an individual experienced in working within the Retail sector who understands the different channels to the consumer and can help maximise the Rugby Club’s retail revenue. This role should take a couple of hours a week and will work with the Communications and Web team.

RFU Game Management System Champion
Are you a professional currently working within IT, data analytics, or CRM management who can help the Rugby Club to gather and manage data relating to activity of players, coaches, match officials, medics, volunteers, and recording the number of matches played? This champion will deliver group and individual training to club personnel who have the responsibility for managing club data on this GMS system.
