Rugby Ready - November 26th

The IRB Rugby Ready programme aims to educate, aid and support players, coaches, match officials and Unions on the importance of sufficient preparation to avoid any injury during training and matches.

Our trainer for the evening will be Mel Liley, our Herts RDO.
