We have two home grown TringRugby teams taking part alongside entrants from a variety of other clubs. To prepare our teams we will be holding two training sessions in the lead up to the event. The sessions will take place next Wednesday (9th July) from 7.30pm and there will also be a training session the following Wednesday (16th July).

The sessions will be taken by Ben Criddle and Scott Browne. All players who are wanting to play in the 7s tournament are welcome and are encouraged to attend at least one session.

We do still have spaces for teams so if you currently play in a similar set up please feel free to enter a team. If you're a former Tring player currently studying and playing at University please spread the word and consider bringing a team along or if you'd like to come and represent TringRugby then contact Will Lambie on william.lambie@tapespec.com

All proceeds will go to the Henry Fraser Trust

Entry Fee: £50 / team

There will also be plenty of fun for spectators on the day.
