Someone who is able to assist preparing the fixtures – excel computer skills is a must.
Tannoy on the 24th – we need 4 PARENTS to man the Tannoy all day to deal with scoring, announcements and other issues.
Saturday 23rd – 20 people - AFTERNOON – Set up the pitches and market stalls.
Sunday 24th – 15 people – 8:00am – 10:00am, car parking duties – direct traffic, take entry money.
Sunday 24th – 15 people – 4:00pm -6:00pm – dismantle the event.

Volunteers can come from every age group, BUT if we do not get the volunteer numbers – we cannot stage the event; this will be a shame as we put on a great tournament every year and the children look forward to it.
