TringRugby 1st Team
The First team now plays in National 3 (London & South East) following a meteoric rise through the rugby pyramid, from level nine to level five in five amazing seasons. They are one of the few truly amateur teams still playing at this level.
The Seniors train on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7pm at Cow Lane. We have an open door policy and welcome new players of any ability to come along and join one of the teams, whether it’s for a whole season or just occasional games.
