The club has a responsibility to take all reasonable steps to safeguard member, guest and staff safety.
We try to follow the guidelines for the hospitality sector with a few nuances specific to the club in consideration that the science on the new variant is still unknown.
First simple guideline: If you are feeling ill, please do not attend the club.
***
Lateral Flow Test – We are asking all members and guests to take a lateral flow test before coming to the clubhouse.
Masks - we are asking everyone to wear a mask when standing or moving around the clubhouse. You can remove your mask when sitting down.
When you forget you will be reminded, so please take it as a reminder rather than an order.
If you have an exemption, either wear your lanyard or make yourself know to Sandra with your proof.
Table Service – Sandra and team will endeavour to serve members and their guests at their respective tables. So please find your table and take your seat for your own comfort and safety.
Please be patient as this is the busiest day of the year. We do not want a queuing system for the bar snaking out the door but equally we do not need a crowded bar. Therefore we ask you to use common sense and do not crowd the bar area, use those social distancing skills developed over the last 2 years and be respectful of staff and fellow members.
Hand sanitisation – stations are provided, please use them.
Ventilation – there will be extra ventilation in the clubhouse.
