The Booking system is now live.

Registration from 9:30am each day:
All participants need to register their child each day of the summer camp, registration is only in the TringRugby clubhouse, and registration is from 9:30am each morning with Ben Criddle or Chris Curry who are our lead coaches for the camp. If you need a contact number for the head coaches, please ask on the day of registration. They will also reconfirm we have your correct contact details in case of any issues.

Participants:
Each participant receives – 2018 Summer Camp T-shirt and gift to keep, there will be awards each day (daily awards held in the clubhouse at the end of each day) and Friday we have a BBQ and summer camp awards to hand out at around 3:00pm. Parents are welcome to attend the awards on Friday.

Participants need to bring:
• A clearly labeled water bottle for breaks during summer camp sessions on the club fields.
• Dress in appropriate sports wear and a change of clothing in case of bad weather.
• Rain resistant coat or hoodies (check weather each day please!!)
• Trainers or rugby boots.
• Note: The camp operates “non contact” sessions, so gum shields are not required but participants should bring them if they have them as it is good habit to get used to wearing them.

Activities:
Our camp is run by qualified and DBS coaches, some of our coaches are current TringRugby 1st team players, whilst others are local school PE teachers. The camp is focused on rugby with fun sports games added to each day, we begin each morning at 10am sharp. We aim to group participants into “age associated groups” to ensure participants are safe and have fun. We cannot guarantee participants only play within their age group. Participants will be outdoors; only in cases of heavy showers, prolonged downpours or lightning in the area will participants be moved indoors.

Medical:
If your child has any medical devises (asthma inhalers for example), ensure the coaches are given the devises clearly marked with your child’s name. Any injuries during the summer camp – the coaches will deal with and call the parent /guardian to advice.

Lunch:
Each day we provide a hot meal from 12:00 noon till 1:00pm, meals are prepared daily by TringRugby catering people, we will operate a tuck-shop open during each lunchtime, participants need to bring along pocket money if they wish to buy sweets/ soft drinks from our tuck shop. We will release the lunch menus nearer the time, vegetarian options will be available and food intolerance issues can be catered for.
