This weekends M&J Festival - Details for 15th April

For parents and coaches:

· OUR ADDRESS IS: Tring RUFC , Dorian Williams Sports Ground, Cow Lane, Tring, Hertfordshire, HP23 5NS
· PARKING IS FREE AND IN A DESIGNATED AREA NEXT TO PLAYING AREAS.
· THERE WILL BE SIGNAGE AND TRAFFIC GUIDENCE ONCE YOU REACH COW LANE, TRING.
· NO PARKING ON COW LANE NEAR WHERE OUR CLUBHOUSE IS PLEASE (locals get upset at cars parked on verges and blocking the road).
· CAR PARK OPENS 8AM
· NO DOGS ALLOWED ON SITE.
· FESTIVAL MAPS WILL BE DISPLAYED NEAR ENTRANCES TO GUIDE PEOPLE TO THE RIGHT AREAS.
· WEATHER FORECAST IS A SULTRY 15 DEGREES AND NO RAIN!!

Coaches:
· Each age group will have Tring pitch marshalls for each “pool” that will have a pack for your club/ age group / team and these will contain: Fixtures and when each club has been nominated to referee, festival medals for your squad and a bin bag for your rubbish!
· Hand your teams registration form to the age group pitch marshall upon arrival.
· Tents – there is space for your age group/club tents but please keep them 2 meters from pitches if possible.
· Refs briefing –Pitchside within your age group at 9:30am taken by Tring head coach from that age group.
· Matches start at 10am.
· Most age groups matches finish between 12:30pm to 1:30pm.
· 1:30pm Tring Colts have a match on the pitch nearest our clubhouse and bar, so stay for a libation or two and watch the match (kitchen will also be open throughout)
