LV Cup exit

Tring Acedemy fell at the first hurdle within the LV cup, Trings late entry into the tournament pitched them against current national colts champions Bishop Stortford.
Tries from Ben Sainsbury and Will Dev was not enough despite a good display in difficult conditions to make progress in this seasons LV cup. The early set back of conceeding pocession within the opposition 22 and twice conceeding well executed tries, Tring managed a well earned try just before half time to be behind 12 - 5 going into half time.
Bishop Stortford's second half performance with the conditions allowed them to extend their lead to 29-5 before Will Dev crossed for a well deserved try for the teams efforts against a very good Stortford side.
The Academy have now got to progress through the plate and hope they can emulate their 2011 Academy Players.
