OAs Developmental Festival, St. Albans – Sunday 15 October 2017

Woollam’s Playing Fields, 160 Harpenden Road, St Albans, HERTS, AL3 6BB

Timings:
9am – please meet at our shelter – look out for our banner.
9:30am – players will all need to be registered with the organisers and there is a coaches’ briefing at this time.
10am – matches will start promptly
1:00pm – presentations and team photos

What you need to do:
Please confirm that your child will be there by 11am this Friday 13 October.

Directions
Follow this link for directions to Woollams Fields. If you are able to car share where possible this will help and make access / egress from the club easier. Please observe the parking marshalls instructions when you arrive so they can get everyone parked as swiftly as possible.

RFU Photographic Policy
No spectators will be able to take photographs at the event (even of their own children) unless they have signed the RFU Event Registration Form and handed it to the Tournament Control Tent and been issued with an Official Pass authorising them to take photographs at the event.

Food and Drink
Facilities at Woollams are very good and they will have a full range of catering available in the main clubhouse and Mobile catering will be based in the main car park. The bar will be open from 12:00 and they actively encourage everyone to stay and join in for a beer/coke following the Festival.
