British Summer time meant training was an hour earlier, but it seems Spring is here and we were blessed with the weather today.
Good to see less layers and indeed for those of you who saw, I lost more layers than I should, after a Matt Adams tackling demonstration on me resulted in me losing my shorts !
Appropriately the new season seemed to put a SPRING in your step. We saw some great tackling, getting lower and holding on to the man. Commitment was excellent. Your passing has improved and we saw some great rugby played.
As ever we are proud of your efforts and you heard Kenny say what a great session it was. We all would echo this.
Keep it up guys.
Lets hope the weather keeps smiling on us and whatever YOU do keep smiling yourselves, as what we want is for you to enjoy your rugby and your hard work.
