Tring Rugby clubhouse can accommodate parties of up to 100 people. The clubhouse is situated away from major residential areas, with ample parking, and has a licence for parties up to 11:30 pm.

The Club can be used for birthday parties, engagement, wedding functions or christening parties or any celebratory event. The premise has a fully equipped kitchen and bar and can accommodate parties requiring sit down meals, buffets or informal settings.

Please Note:
We do not accept bookings for parties who are under 21.
Parties can provide their own catering as required
Parties can provide their own entertainment, we have a music licence so you can book your favourite band or DJ. We have numerous contacts in the local area and can book entertainment on your behalf, please discuss with our bar manager.

Booking Conditions:
To confirm a booking, we require:
• Hire cost of £400, £50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• Balance of £350 paid in full 7 days prior to the event.
• Tring RUFC operates a strict ID policy and guests will be asked for proof of age if they appear under 18.
• Tring RUFC operates a zero drugs tolerance policy, anyone found to be violating the policy will be asked to leave immediately.
• All bookings subject to VAT.
We accept credit cards or can provide bank details for transfers.
