Featuring invited teams from a variety of clubs across Herts, Beds and Bucks, for U7 to U12 Age Groups.
The following teams have confirmed their participation in the festival on the 11th March, 2012.

These clubs are entering teams for the U7 to U12’s section of the festival. We ask teams to complete team sheets and hand them in when registering their team upon arrival at the Tannoy area. We do not limit the size of squads; we encourage teams to abide by the RFU’s guidelines on squad sizes.
Order of the Day:
Car park opens from 8:00am.
There will be a referees meeting at 9:15am in the clubhouse,
Matches K/O at 10:00am, round robin league formats (2 leagues per age group), with the winners and runners of each league playing in a Cup and Plate Final respectively.
Winners will receive their 2012 winner’s trophy from our guest premiership players.
We are also hoping to have 5 or 6 teams enter “C and “D” teams in the U7’s and U8’s age groups. The “C” and “D” round robin leagues will K/O matches at 2:00pm.
All teams entering are asked to have a dedicated person to referee matches, our pitch marshals will be on hand to coordinate match timings and who is refereeing which matches.

As well as terrific rugby, the festival will have:
All day BBQ serving bacon rolls, Burgers and Hot Dogs.
All day Tea and Coffee facilities.
“Tuck-shop areas” including sweets and soft drinks.
Ram Rugby and Tyler’s Rugby selling a wide range of rugby clothing and items.
“Specialty stalls” including Ice cream and cup cake vendors.
St John Ambulance will attend all day to deal with ongoing injuries and first aid advice.
Onsite toilets to augment the clubs own facilities.
De Photo will be in attendance taking team and action photos to purchase on the day or via their website.
Bar will be open from 12:00 noon to the close of the festival.

Parking:
The club is organising a designated parking area next to our ground for up to 800 vehicles, Entry will be £3 per car. Attendants will be on hand to guide people to the designated car park.
