We hold a 1 hour fitness session for boys and girls in our U8 to U12 Squads at 8am this Saturday.

The session is with personal trainer Matt who took our summer fitness sessions. Meet on the training area just before 8am, there is a small charge for the 45 minute session,bring trainers and water bottle.
