During the summer, we all put on a few extra pounds which are difficult to shift come the start of the rugby season, in order to help with this Tring Rugby Club are running touch rugby sessions on a Thursday night starting at 7pm - throughout the summer. If numbers are good enough (they have been in past summers) we will also run the session on a Tuesday night starting at 7pm.

We have already started and all players are welcome, please be aware that the ability level is more of a social standard than a 1st team level :)

If you are considering playing rugby next season in a couple of good social sides this would be an excellent introduction so please join us.
