Welcome to U13s rugby at Tring!

Our first training session of the 2024/25 season will be Sunday 1st September 2023 at the NEW time of 10.30am. You'll usually find us up the slope on pitch 2 to the left, above the bowls club and container. We will also have a midweek training session each Wednesday at 7pm to 8pm. Please do spread the word as we are keen to attract new players even those new to rugby.

It’s an exciting year in the U13s as we will have 3 teams playing competitive league matches around Herts and Middlesex. That means over 50 kids getting match time in the league!

As we're now moving into junior rugby we'll see the introduction of an extra player to the pitch (from 12 to 13) and a fully contested scrum along with a more 'postionalised' approach to the game.

“We are one age group who train and travel together as much as we can with equal access to coaching. We are flexible and clear on selection with improved communications. We look after everybody and make sure everyone is having fun in our rugby family”
